In this role, you will be part of our unpretentious team of 18 employees who work to provide the best possible support to our self-employed. Our support team works together to create a dynamic and supportive work environment, where we constantly strive to find new ways to help our self-employed. In the role, you will primarily handle cases via phone, email, and chat, providing both problem-solving and guidance to the self-employed. The role contributes to our mission to give all self-employed the opportunity to focus on what they do best while you develop and learn new things every day.

Your personality and experience

• High school education, preferably with a focus on administration or economics.
• Previous experience in a similar role, service professions / administrative work.
• You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

• You master additional languages, both orally and in writing, beyond Swedish and English.
• You are accustomed to working with phone, email, and chat and meeting customers in a professional manner.

• Be solution-oriented and quickly identify and solve problems to provide the best possible service.
• Be outgoing and enjoy meeting people.
• Have a high degree of accuracy and responsibility, with the ability to ensure that each case is handled correctly and efficiently.
• Be enabling and comfortable navigating areas where clear answers are lacking – you are willing to go the extra mile to help.
• Have good communication and pedagogical skills to clearly explain and create understanding.
• Thrive in a varying pace, where you are adaptable and can handle both intense periods and calmer moments without compromising on quality.
• Be confident in yourself, with a stable and positive attitude that contributes to both the team's and the self-employed's experience.

Conditions

• Start according to agreement.
• Full-time or part-time – choose the option that suits you best in your application. For part-time employment, a minimum of 20% is required according to scheduling.
• The working hours are currently 08:45–17:00, and weekend work may occur. Working hours may be adjusted in connection with a possible extension of our opening hours.
• Location Uppsala. (head office)
• After training, there is an opportunity for some remote work.
