Do you want to be part of an engaged support team where you help people daily and solve various problems?
In this role, you will be part of our unpretentious team of 18 employees who work to provide the best possible support to our self-employed. Our support team works together to create a dynamic and supportive work environment, where we constantly strive to find new ways to help our self-employed. In the role, you will primarily handle cases via phone, email, and chat, providing both problem-solving and guidance to the self-employed. The role contributes to our mission to give all self-employed the opportunity to focus on what they do best while you develop and learn new things every day.

Your personality and experience

- High school education, preferably with a focus on administration or economics.
- Previous experience in a similar role, service professions / administrative work.
- You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
- You master additional languages, both orally and in writing, beyond Swedish and English.
- You are accustomed to working with phone, email, and chat and meeting customers in a professional manner.
- Be solution-oriented and quickly identify and solve problems to provide the best possible service.
- Be outgoing and enjoy meeting people.
- Have a high degree of accuracy and responsibility, with the ability to ensure that each case is handled correctly and efficiently.
- Be enabling and comfortable navigating areas where clear answers are lacking – you are willing to go the extra mile to help.
- Have good communication and pedagogical skills to clearly explain and create understanding.
- Thrive in a varying pace, where you are adaptable and can handle both intense periods and calmer moments without compromising on quality.
- Be confident in yourself, with a stable and positive attitude that contributes to both the team's and the self-employed's experience.

- Up to 37.5 hours work week, depending on whether you work full-time or part-time.

- Up to 10,000 SEK per year for competence development in your field.

Conditions
- Start according to agreement.
- Full-time or part-time – choose the option that suits you best in your application. For part-time employment, a minimum of 20% is required according to scheduling.
- The working hours are currently 08:45–17:00, and weekend work may occur. Working hours may be adjusted in connection with a possible extension of our opening hours.
- Location Uppsala. (head office)
- After training, there is an opportunity for some remote work.
