ICA Maxi Bålsta is a grocery store located northwest of Stockholm in the town of Bålsta. We have an annual turnover of just under 400 million SEK and focus on quality. We invest heavily in fresh produce, and here you will find a fresh produce line that stands out from the average store in Sweden. We have about 120 employees.

We also invest a lot in our staff and the soft values. Many who have worked with us have gone on to build careers in retail as store managers, responsible for other stores, and at ICA's headquarters.
