We are looking for you as a nurse to join our Resource Pool!

We are currently seeking a nurse for the Close Care and Health Resource Pool, offering a permanent full-time position starting as agreed.

Your Mission

You will work with telephone advice and, to some extent, other administrative tasks if the operations allow it, there is the possibility to do this remotely. There may also be opportunities for reception work based on the needs of the operations.

Being employed in the Resource Pool means working at different clinics within the administration, according to the needs of the health centers. Working in the Resource Pool means that you will vary your workplace based on the needs for placement and staffing. Flexibility is therefore an important part of the position, as you need to be prepared to change placement from one day to the next based on needs. You will travel during working hours and start from the Kungsgärdet Center, where there is access to a bookable company car.

In this position, you will have a stimulating, varied, and flexible job with the opportunity to work from home as well. The staff in the Resource Pool are highly appreciated, and to thrive in this role, you need to be someone who finds it stimulating to have short assignments at different workplaces, but you also have your home base in the internal working group within the Resource Pool, which has a good community.

Your Competence

We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of experience in the profession and experience working in primary care.

We see that you have confidence in your professional role, and it is important that you have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. You will need to have excellent collaboration skills and be flexible. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
