Svensk Kvalitetsvård AB is Uppsala's small company with a big heart. We provide home care and home health care around the clock on behalf of Uppsala Municipality. Our unit Spiran is centrally located in Uppsala. We have experienced significant growth and need to expand with a planner. We are therefore looking for a planner with great commitment who wants to further develop Uppsala's best home care together with us. This is your mission

We are looking for someone with planning experience who wants to be part of our wonderful team that makes a difference every day. You are responsible, attentive, and can develop an understanding of the customer's needs and meet those needs as much as possible. You are open and see the importance of personal interaction. At Svensk Kvalitetsvård, you will work on planning customer interventions and ensuring that customers receive the time granted by the social services. You are flexible, meticulous, and have a quality mindset. You are the spider in the web for employees, customers, and relatives, and maintain close contact with social services. You will work closely with the unit manager and be highly involved in streamlining and developing the operations.

We work with programs such as Epsilon, Phoniro, Lifecare, LMO, Timeplan, Hypergene, etc. It is an advantage if you have worked in these systems and have good computer skills.

To thrive with us, you are a secure and action-oriented person who can create engagement and motivation in the work. You have clear communication and the ability to independently handle both acute and stressful situations. You have a customer focus and can plan based on the customer's best interests.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, and it is important that you can complete tasks despite a high flow of information. Our team is always close to you and supportive in all situations.
