We at the Medical Products Agency's Unit for Administration of Medicinal Affairs need to strengthen our team for the next 12 months due to parental leave.
Our operations
The Unit for Administration of Medicinal Affairs is responsible for the administration of incoming applications regarding medicinal approvals. The unit consists of 35 employees divided into three groups.
We are now looking for an information administrator to the unit to manage incoming documentation regarding medicinal approvals.
Your tasks
The tasks include both routine and more advanced tasks within reception, validation, classification, registration, and distribution of incoming documents. We work electronically and primarily handle English-language documentation. The work is conducted under significant personal responsibility but based on guided routines, and is characterized by communication and collaboration within the unit as well as between different units at the Medical Products Agency. Other important tasks include improvement work as we constantly strive to develop and enhance our routines.
Your background
You have a university or college education, preferably with a focus on natural sciences or engineering. You have solid computer skills, experience in database registration, and handling electronic documents. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
We would like you to have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory knowledge regarding the approval of medicines. Experience in administrative work at a government agency is also an advantage.
Your personal qualities
You are quick to learn and collaborate with others, have the ability to take initiative and make decisions. You can work in a structured manner and have a sense of service. You have a good sense of order, are driven, analytical, and have the ability to see improvements and efficiencies. The work is of an administrative nature and requires the ability to work both independently and in a team.
We place great importance on personal qualities.

The Medical Products Agency is a preparedness authority, which means that we conduct certain background checks in connection with recruitments. All permanent staff at the Medical Products Agency is assigned to military service within the agency.
