We are looking for an Administrator in Uppsala

We are now seeking a meticulous and service-oriented administrator who is ready for new exciting challenges in Uppsala. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and will last until the end of June, with a possible extension thereafter. You will be placed and perform the work on-site at the client's premises in central Uppsala.

About the position

Logistics administration is an important part of the job. This involves handling the dispatch of samples, which includes screwing caps, packing them in bags, and folding boxes. High demands for accuracy are placed on these tasks.

Other responsibilities include preparing meetings by arranging refreshments, lunch, and ensuring that the premises are in order. For digital training sessions, conducting test meetings via Teams to ensure technology works. Handling mail and performing simpler financial administration is also part of your work. The tasks may be adjusted or expanded over time as needed.
