Asset Manager with a focus on Energy

Adecco's client Swedavia is looking for an experienced Asset Manager with a focus on Energy to cover a parental leave for one year!

About the assignment

Swedavia is seeking an Asset Manager where the position encompasses the management and leadership of an asset management area. This includes responsibility for planning, management, and leadership of their respective scope, development and follow-up of management plans, prioritization, ensuring asset value, coordination, and collaboration. The Asset Manager has overall responsibility for their management area from an LCC perspective and the defined area of responsibility it constitutes.

Purpose of the assignment and expected results

Overall responsibility for asset management, Asset Management, within the management area. This includes financial management and management of technical maintenance as well as development of the facilities. This means producing and keeping Management Plans and maintenance plans up to date. Identify and describe development needs and initiate planned development. The purpose of the assignment is to maintain the function for approximately one year.

The position is a consulting assignment through us at Adecco starting in February/March and is expected to last until 2026-02-01, with a possibility of extension.

About you

Requirements for experience and competence

At least 3-5 years of experience in energy production and distribution
University degree with relevant focus
