Your responsibilities:

As a supervisor in the Rusta and matcha program at Trimtab, you will:
Be responsible for the participant's process throughout the program and make the participant job-ready.
Follow up on the participant's involvement in the program.
Conduct individual meetings physically or digitally.
Ensure that the participant has an action plan to reach the set goal and continuously follow up on the process.
Report and document the participant's progress.
Plan and conduct activities both individually and in groups.
Use computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

Is results-oriented and thrives on working towards high-quality standards.
Is self-reliant and computer-savvy.
Can plan support and activities for each participant during their time in the program.
Is meticulous and structured in following up on the participant's development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
Is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.
Has good knowledge of English equivalent to English A at upper secondary level.
Has very good skills in using computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet.

Desirable qualifications:

You speak multiple languages.
You have an established employer network.

Requirements:

To work as a supervisor in the Rusta and matcha program, you need to meet the specified requirements. We will ask you to provide certificates that support these before the start of employment. Please prepare these documents before any job interview.

You also need to meet one of these two alternatives. When applying, it is important that you specify which of the alternatives you belong to.

Alternative 1

Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which study direction is most suitable to achieve the goal of the position.
Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working hours correspond to full-time for two (2) years.

Alternative 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a pass grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, vocational higher education, military training, and police training.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
Work management with personnel responsibility.
Recruitment.
Transition work for job seekers.
Study and career guidance.
Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
Work with labor market and employment issues.
Work with social and group psychology.
Career guidance. Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working hours correspond to full-time for three (3) years.
