Kullens is centrally located in Sollentuna, Danderyd, Sundbyberg, Knivsta, and Upplands Väsby, and it is close to good transportation options.

We are looking for:

A receptionist who can step in and work as needed, e.g., during illness and vacation.

We are primarily looking for students or those who wish to scale down after a long working life. It is important that you have a flexible schedule, so you are usually available when we need to call you in at short notice when the regular receptionist is ill.

You need to be proactive, bring positive energy, be service-oriented, pedagogical, and a good team player.

Sales of our services are an important part of the receptionist role with us. Therefore, we are looking for a trait in you where it is natural for you to advocate for and sell our products and services.

We want you to have a positive outlook on life, show care and consideration for colleagues and students. At the same time, it is important that you are attentive, flexible, and take great responsibility.

Your main tasks will include scheduling, receiving customers, planning, sales, administration, and cleaning.

You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is, of course, a plus.
