Your Responsibilities:

As a coach in the Rusta och matcha service at Trimtab, you will:

• Be responsible for the participant's process throughout the program and make the participant job-ready.
• Follow up on the participant's involvement in the program.
• Conduct individual meetings physically or digitally.
• Ensure that the participant has an action plan to achieve the set goals and continuously follow up on the process.
• Report and document the participant's progress.
• Plan and conduct activities both individually and in groups.
• Use computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet in your daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards high-quality standards.
• Is self-driven and computer literate.
• Can plan support and activities for each participant during their time in the service.
• Is meticulous and structured in following up on the participant's development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
• Masters the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Has good knowledge of English equivalent to English A at the high school level.
• Has excellent skills in using computer-based word processing and presentation programs, email, and the internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You speak multiple languages.
• You have an established network of employers.

Requirements:

To work as a coach in the Rusta och matcha service, you need to meet the specified requirements. We will ask you to provide certificates that support these before the start of employment. Please prepare these documents before any potential job interview.

You also need to meet one of the two options below. When applying, it is important to indicate which option you belong to.

Option 1

• Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider determines which field of study is most suitable to achieve the goals of the service.
• Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

• Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational education, higher vocational education, military training, and police education.
• Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
• Management with personnel responsibility.
• Recruitment.
• Transition work for job seekers.
• Study and career guidance.
• Handling personnel issues (not solely personnel administration).
• Work with labor market and employment issues.
• Work with social and group psychology.
• Career guidance. Part-time may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over three (3) years.
