Flottiljstab, A1 (Personnel Unit)

F 16 flottiljstab delivers management, support, and preparation of the highest quality through professional, service-oriented, and competent personnel. Within the flottiljstab, there is the HR and personnel department, A1. The department is led by a personnel manager and is responsible for supporting the unit's leaders in various personnel matters such as negotiations, long-term personnel planning, salary formation, recruitment, war planning, life and career development, training, work environment, rehabilitation, and veteran support. The department consists of 14 employees and is part of the war unit 16. Air Wing.

The wing also has an HR manager who belongs to the wing management. The HR manager works closely with the personnel manager and supervises all HR generalists and work environment specialists within the HR area.

Main Responsibilities

You support the wing's leaders consultatively and administratively with questions covering the entire HR area, such as work environment, competence supply, rehabilitation, collaboration/negotiation, labor law issues, and salary formation. You have an interest in personnel economics, analysis, and follow-up. Other tasks such as training initiatives and participation in the war unit's exercise activities also occur.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Degree at the university level in personnel/HR or equivalent education or experience deemed comparable by the employer.
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Driving license B.

You have good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to actively build and maintain trusting relationships. A prerequisite for handling the tasks well is that you are flexible, structured, enjoy working proactively, and have an aptitude for administration. As a person, you are secure and stable. Since you will be working in a growing and developing organization, you also need to be driven and responsive to the organization's needs.

Current experience of working with HR in the public sector, preferably from the Swedish Armed Forces.

Uppland Air Wing, F 16, is headquartered at Uppsala garrison. The unit is part of the Swedish Air Force and is responsible for the operation and monitoring of Uppsala airport as well as training conscripts in various positions within the Air Force. The unit also leads the 161st Combat Control and Air Surveillance Battalion, which commands combat aircraft in the air and handles the constant monitoring of Swedish airspace. The unit operates from several locations in the country and constitutes an important part of the growth period that the Air Force is facing.
