Delivery Coordinator for Expansion Project in Uppsala

We are now looking for an engaged and skilled delivery coordinator for an ongoing expansion project with our client in Uppsala. Their delivery department is responsible for the production and delivery of comprehensive services for connecting their customers. As a delivery coordinator, you will be the key person ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process from start to finish. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with a first-class experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the delivery process, which includes ordering equipment, managing access, and planning installations. You will maintain ongoing communication with customers and provide regular status updates. The role also involves coordinating fieldwork and managing access issues. In case of any deviations in the delivery process, you will proactively work to address these. Additionally, you will participate in customer meetings and handle reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in similar roles within IT support or IT coordination
• Good knowledge of network management, system administration, and IT security
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Relevant education in network technology
• Experience working as a network technician
• Cisco certification
• Driver's license
