Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant is located about 150 kilometers northeast of Stockholm, on the Uppland coast in northern Roslagen, and is one of the largest employers in Östhammar municipality. Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant delivers fossil-free electricity every day, all year round. The reactors have undergone significant modernization and safety enhancements to ensure safe and stable electricity production well into the 2040s.

The joint IT unit for Ringhals AB and Forsmarks AB is in an expansive phase with a significant development need as a contribution to achieving our vision: Requested electricity – every day, all year round.

An important area of development is to enhance our ability to leverage the opportunities of digitalization. We are now looking for someone with a strong interest in how digitalization and IT can support the business and who wants to work on driving and developing our approach to digitalization within nuclear power. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Enterprise Architect, you are key to ensuring that our organization has an IT landscape that not only supports today's operations but is also ready for future challenges and changes. You ensure that the IT landscape is built sustainably and efficiently, manageable and interchangeable for long-term success. Your area of responsibility spans both business and technology, with a clear focus on optimizing IT capabilities to best support the organization's purpose and business plan. By ensuring a holistic architectural perspective in the shared enterprise architecture, you deliver value to the organization through strategic decisions, guidelines, and effective governance models. Furthermore, you will work on;

• Balancing goals and means to maximize the benefits of IT investments. This includes developing an overarching strategy for future functionalities and cost-effective IT architecture.
• With an appropriate governance model and structures in place, you ensure that architectural work is developed, managed, planned, and followed up effectively. Supportive structures for collaboration between different architects and stakeholders are also created, particularly focusing on the users of the architecture.
• Supporting our coordinators in their daily work.
• Collaborating with our IT security engineers.
• Participating in and leading forums for the Architectural Board.

The location for this role is in Ringhals or Forsmark.
