Technician 2nd Line Support at IT-Centrum in Tierp

IT-Centrum is responsible for the IT operations in several collaborating municipalities and works on everything from strategic issues to IT operational solutions. We support the digital development of the municipalities and contribute to more efficient solutions through collaboration. The organization manages IT operations, infrastructure, support, and telephony. We are now looking for a technician for 2nd line support to join our team, based in Tierp.

Responsibilities

Handle and resolve incidents and problems escalated from 1st line
Perform troubleshooting and support via phone, remote access, and on-site
Handle more complex problems with a focus on thorough troubleshooting
Work with management and support of security solutions, systems, and applications such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM
Participate as support in major changes led by the IT infrastructure

Qualifications

At least two years of experience in IT support
Driver's license (B)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Experience in deep troubleshooting and problem-solving
Basic understanding of networks
Experience working in a ticketing system
Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Preferred:

Good knowledge of Intune and SCCM
