Kungsgården is beautifully located in the greenery of the residential area by Gröngarnsåsen. Nearby, there are forests and nature. There are 51 apartments distributed across five units.

The accommodation has a total of five units. One of the units has a Finnish orientation. The staff speaks Finnish, and we can adapt the food according to Finnish traditions. Two of the units focus on care for individuals with dementia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In our operations, we assume that all people want good care and quality of life with a touch of luxury in their everyday lives, even as they grow older and need support from others. We work from a salutogenic perspective and our values. We support individuals in utilizing their own resources in a professional and respectful manner. We offer our clients security, dignity, community, and a meaningful everyday life with a touch of luxury.

The tasks vary depending on the client's needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, and some health care tasks.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people and believes that social interaction and meaningfulness are important ingredients in everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good Swedish in speech and writing.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with our clients and document in our systems.

Experience in care work.

If you have a nursing assistant education and experience working with individuals with dementia, it is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation without taking over the person's feelings. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and focus on solutions.
