About the Job

You enjoy working with IT technology as much as helping and supporting users of the technology.

You will work together with our IT manager and take responsibility for the customer's IT infrastructure, both hardware and software.

You enjoy solving problems. You will work on maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting and assisting the customer's employees.

You will work on a wide variety of tasks and must be able to prioritize and sometimes work under high workload.

Your work will be varied and stimulating as the customer is a technology-oriented workplace with high ambitions for digitalization and system development.

Responsibilities

• IT support for employees with varying IT knowledge
• Installation and maintenance of IT equipment
• Systems for email, support, and maintenance
• Support for a wide variety of software systems

Your tasks

The primary tasks are:

- Handle incoming cases via portal, email, phone, and on-site.

- Follow SLAs according to their Incident process.

- Provide support via remote tools for their Client Computer Service.

- Provide user support on-site when needed.

- Establish documentation for internal processes.

- Manage installations and orders of computers and conference equipment.

- Actively participate in the group's development and improvement work.

- Capture and convey operational needs to other groups within the IT department.
