About the Position

As Helpdesk and IT Support, you will work with installing hardware and software solutions as well as supporting the internal IT support. You will be responsible for the administration and internal support for the company's computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment. Tasks include end-user support, license tracking, computer maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

Your Responsibilities

Client management. Installation of operating systems, patches, and software distribution
Provide helpdesk support and resolve issues to the end user's satisfaction
Document internal procedures
Assist with onboarding and offboarding new users
Ensure that each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any additional special equipment
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
Manage mobile devices
Assign users and computers to the correct groups in Active Directory and other systems
Perform early hardware and software upgrades of workstations

Your Experience

Several years of IT work experience in a similar position
Qualifications (including knowledge, skills, and abilities):
Proficient in Microsoft Office365 suite, Google Workspace and apps, as well as Windows 10-11
Experience with DNS/DHCP, client VPN
Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
Excellent organizational and social skills
A willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP systems (SAP/Infor), Salesforce, networking (Cisco Meraki, Sophos)

About the Employer

You will be employed by SHARK bemanning AB and work full-time as a consultant at our client located in Enköping. SHARK has three offices established in Sweden. We have a collective agreement.
