The Swedish Armed Forces are experiencing strong growth, and to succeed in our tasks, we now need to strengthen the unit with a Technical System Leader (TSL) within system management. About the Unit
The Technical and Maintenance Office for Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) develops and maintains the Swedish Armed Forces' command support systems in war, crisis, and peace. Our vision is to deliver world-class command capability for a stronger defense together.
TVK Ledsyst belongs to the Command Regiment and is functionally led by the Armed Forces Headquarters. The unit comprises about 150 positions, with the majority located in Enköping.
Main Responsibilities
The section is responsible for the maintenance, design, and new development of the infrastructure on which the Armed Forces' IT command systems rest.
As TSL, you are responsible for, within your own product portfolio:
- Planning and budgeting activities in the short and long term.
- Coordinating and leading management and development activities.
- Following up and reporting on status, progress, and finances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Good experience in budgeting, project management, and production follow-up.
- Good knowledge of Lean and agile working methods.
- Good knowledge of management frameworks.
- Class B driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of IT security and information security.
- Experience with SAFe, ITIL, and/or PM3.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working in a government agency.
- Good knowledge of the Armed Forces' operations.

Other Information
Employment type: Permanent. The Armed Forces apply a 6-month initial probationary period.
Employment rate: Full-time.
Work location: Enköping. Travel may occur to other locations in Sweden.
Start date: By agreement. Individual salary setting according to the Armed Forces' agreement.
