Your Role

As an AI Software Developer with us, you will play a key role in the development of advanced AI applications. You will have the opportunity to:

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has experience in:

• Working as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role in AI development.
• Providing technical guidance and making strategic decisions regarding architecture and solution design.
• Supporting team members and inspiring technical excellence.
• Building AI solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and tailored to customer needs.

You have worked in some of the following areas:

• Programming: Python (preferably with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• AI Technology: Experience with LLM (Large Language Models), Transformer architectures, and generative AI tools.
• MLOps: Experience with tools for AI pipelines such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar.
• Container Technology: Docker and Kubernetes.
• API Development: REST and/or GraphQL.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• CI/CD: Building and optimizing continuous integration and delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of databases such as SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• A strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and optimization.
• An interest in ethical and responsible AI principles, including fairness and explainability.
