Become a key person in our warranty process at Exclusive Cars – Västberga! We are now looking for someone with an eye for detail and a strong service mindset, who wants to work with warranty management for some of the most exclusive cars on the market.

About the position

As a warranty administrator at Exclusive Cars, you will be a central part of the team and play an important role in ensuring our customers' safety and satisfaction. You will work both administratively and with customer contact, where your task is to handle warranty cases from start to finish for our cars. This means you will have daily contact with customers, suppliers, workshops, and partners.

You are attentive to the customer's needs, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create structure even when handling multiple cases simultaneously. Your tasks include: • Warranty administration: Assessment, invoicing, and follow-up of warranty cases. • Goodwill and insurance cases: Handling and documentation. • Trade-in tests: Counting and valuing. • Resource to the customer service desk: Helping where needed.

Who are you? – requirements and desired qualifications

• Good knowledge of Kobra & Caba.
• Previous experience in customer service in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of the entire service process and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• The ability to work structured and efficiently even under time pressure.
• Good communication skills in Swedish & English, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B (required).

Meritorious:

• Familiarity with vehicle information systems or warranty systems.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
