About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work at the reception for our client, a global fashion company with an office in Liljeholmen. As a receptionist in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment with opportunities for development. You will work in a team and in your role, deliver world-class service to everyone you meet. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming employees and clients
- Various administrative tasks
- Phone and email
- Managing common areas, conference rooms, and catering
- Bookings and orders
- Mail handling and deliveries
- Key management and access card systems
- Switchboard and telephony
- Contact with suppliers
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is genuinely outgoing, positive, and service-minded. You thrive in meeting people and have a natural ability to make others feel welcome and seen. You are flexible, take initiative, and are meticulous in your work to create a pleasant and professional environment.
You have good communication skills and work easily and smoothly in a dynamic environment. As a person, you are confident, positive, and spread energy – someone who makes guests and colleagues feel welcome and appreciated from the very first moment. We also see that you have a great interest in fashion!
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
- Completed high school education
Employment Information Employment: Part-time 50%, 20 hours a week. Start: November 2025 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30-11:30
