Kraftsam Recruitment & Staffing is now looking for an Accounting Manager for Custos Advokater.

About the company:

Custos Advokater is a law firm specializing in economic crimes, insolvency law, and tax law. The firm provides clients with qualified legal advice from its office in Stockholm.

About the position:

This is a strategically important role where you will be responsible for the entire accounting function and act as an advisor to both clients and internal consultants. You are expected to work independently, with a clear leadership role and significant influence on how structures, routines, and processes should be established.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting
• Annual reports according to K3
• Financial analysis, profit budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Advising clients on financial matters
• Building routines and structure within the accounting function
• Leading and supporting other consultants in the team

We are looking for someone who:

You are a self-sufficient and communicative accounting expert who enjoys both leading and taking responsibility. You are confident in dialogue with clients and have strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with Fortnox and Visma
• Understanding of the K3 regulations
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience as a business economist
• Ability to express yourself in Swedish, preferably also in English

Meritorious:

• Experience with Björn Lundén
• Knowledge in group accounting and consolidation
• Experience with liquidity budgets and cash flow analysis
• Leadership experience
