Are you a meticulous and driven payroll manager with solid financial experience? Have you worked with Crona Lön and TransPA and thrive with independent responsibility? We are now looking for a payroll manager with financial experience for a temporary position at our client Östervalls Flygfrakt in Arlanda city.

About the role – Payroll Manager with finance and payroll administration in Arlanda city

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process within Östervalls Flygfrakt, from reporting, payroll preparation, and payment to reporting to authorities. You will have a key role in the finance department and collaborate closely with your colleagues in the office. The payroll work is mainly carried out in Crona Lön and TransPA, where your experience and digital skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities – Payroll administration and personnel administration

• Overall responsibility for payroll management: From collection and review of payroll data to final salary
• Processing salaries in Crona Lön and handling schedules, times, and absences in TransPA
• Administration of employment contracts, rehabilitation and vacation matters, and other personnel issues
• Ensure reporting of salaries, employer contributions, and pensions to authorities
• Accounts payable
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Contact and collaboration with authorities, insurance companies, and suppliers
• Participate in the development and improvement of routines within payroll and personnel administration

Your profile – Experienced payroll manager with system proficiency

• Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably as a payroll manager/payroll administrator
• Very good knowledge of Crona Lön and TransPA is a requirement
• Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and vacation laws
• Structured, meticulous, and comfortable working towards deadlines
• Development-oriented and comfortable providing support and service to others
• Fluent in Swedish and basic English in both spoken and written form

Desirable experiences in finance, payroll, and logistics

• Worked with similar processes in the logistics, transport, or aviation industry
• Experience in larger organizations and complex payroll systems
