About the role

As a roaming receptionist, you will work as needed at our client companies, primarily within offices, coworking spaces, conferences, and the visitor industry. You are often the first person guests, visitors, and employees meet, making you an important part of the overall impression.

You will be a valued resource in several different teams and work environments, where you quickly adapt to new routines and create structure in everyday life.

A typical workday may involve staffing the reception, preparing and maintaining meeting and conference rooms, handling bookings, receiving calls and deliveries, or supporting administrative tasks. The pace varies from day to day, but regardless of the workplace, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Before each assignment, you will receive thorough training and onboarding on-site. Our internal team of staffing coordinators and consultant managers is always available if you need support or guidance along the way.

• Have experience in reception, conferences, hotels, or similar
• Are reliable, self-driven, and good at structuring your day
• Enjoy meeting people and have a warm, professional demeanor
• Are flexible in both your working methods and availability
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job

But above all, you enjoy stepping in where needed, adapting to new contexts, and providing service that leaves guests and customers with a smile and a positive experience.
