Our client is looking for an experienced HR specialist in contracts and terms who will take on a key role in the organization's HR work during a leave of absence. The assignment is located in the HR Strategy and Processes unit in Sundbyberg, where you will be part of a team of eight employees and a unit manager.

Here you will combine strategic and operational work in an organization that is experiencing strong growth and where the need for robust processes, system support, and clear working methods is significant.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide advisory support to HR and the business in labor law matters.
  • Drive and develop strategies and processes within labor law, contracts, and terms.
  • Collaborate closely with the negotiation manager, HR partners, and labor law attorneys.
  • Participate in and lead union negotiations.
  • Contribute to wage formation work together with the HR specialist for wages.
  • Conduct training within your area of expertise.
  • Be an active participant in HR's digitalization efforts.
  • Ensure that contract and terms regulations are implemented correctly in the new payroll system.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has deep knowledge of labor law, contracts, and terms and experience in interpreting and applying collective agreements.
  • Is confident in union negotiations and has good experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Has worked both strategically and operationally within HR, preferably in larger organizations.
  • Has experience contributing to the development of processes and system support, particularly related to payroll and HR systems.
  • Is communicative, structured, and can build trust at various levels in the organization.
