For our client, we are now looking for a Business Administrative Consultant to their calibration team in Lund. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2025-10-01 and run until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

You will be part of the calibration team and work with various non-technical administrative services. The role includes many administrative tasks such as:

• Check-in and check-out of instruments
• Invoicing process
• Preparing quotations
• Planning and administration of external supplier visits
• General planning and optimization
• Shipping administration
• Managing the calibration inbox
• Scanning and uploading external calibration certificates to database
• Electrical safety administration
• Instrument pool administration

Other: Start: 2025-10-01 End: 2026-12-31, with possibility of extension. Scope: 100% Location: Lund Background check: Extract from the Criminal Records is part of the process. Employment: Employed by Devotum, as sub-contracting is not allowed in this process. The consultant is expected to use his/her own computer and phone

About you

We are looking for a consultant who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience of similar administrative tasks for 2–3 years
