About the role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of our central finance department, where you and your colleagues ensure high quality and service towards our companies and their customers. In this role, the focus is on accounts payable, where you will be responsible for a number of your own customers and work broadly with supplier invoice management, payment management, and other administration related to supplier invoices.

You will also handle contact with suppliers, assist during year-end closing, and prepare documentation for auditors. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with other functions within the finance department.

Your main responsibilities

• Register incoming supplier invoices in the company's pre-system/case system and definitively post supplier invoices after final approval
• Monitor supplier invoices during approval and remind approvers if necessary.
• Supplier payments
• Posting of supplier payments
• Handling reminders and collections from suppliers
• Ongoing maintenance of the supplier register
• Verification of new suppliers and setup in the supplier register

You will be part of a team with seven other colleagues in the supplier department and work closely with the entire finance department.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• An education in finance (high school, vocational training, or university)
• Several years of experience as an accounts assistant, preferably with a focus on accounts payable
• A good understanding of how a finance department works as a whole
• Experience working in the finance system Fortnox
• Experience with the system Rekyl is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
