Finance Assistant at Helsingborg Arena and Scen AB

Are you a structured, self-driven, and responsible person with a keen eye for culture, performing arts, and the events industry? We at Helsingborg Arena and Scen AB are looking for a finance assistant for our finance department.

You will work in a wonderful team of five people. Do you want to work independently but still in close collaboration with colleagues? Do you feel like us and want to make a difference?

Your Role as a Finance Assistant

As a finance assistant at Helsingborg Arena and Scen AB, you will play a central role in the finance department and be an important part of the daily operations. Your main tasks will include:

• Supplier invoice management
• Customer invoicing
• Payments and bank reconciliation
• Reconciliations and maintenance of ledgers and registers
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Customer reminders and collections
• Contract administration
• Archiving and diaries
• Other administration

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a structured and meticulous person who takes responsibility and thereby supports our team in our efforts to deliver high quality in finance and purchasing.

You have a positive demeanor and thrive in a varied role with many parallel tasks. Your service level is high, and you have a good ability to see what needs to be done, as well as a willingness and ability to help others. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability and previous experience in this recruitment.

This is an opportunity for you who have:

• at least five years of experience as a finance assistant
• worked for at least five years with a digital system for supplier invoice management
• a good understanding of systems and good experience working with various financial systems
• good knowledge of both Swedish and English

We would also like you to have:

• experience working in Excel or Xledger.

Our Offer and Important Information

The position is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. In this recruitment, we will apply ongoing selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
