About the Company
SweHatch AB is a company that produces and delivers day-old chicks in Sweden. It belongs to the Scandi Standard group, which includes brands such as Kronfågel in Sweden and Danpo in Denmark.
The group operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Ireland.
SweHatch consists of both animal production, where they produce hatching eggs, and two hatcheries where chicks are hatched.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to the business
- Register and manage incoming and outgoing customer orders in the business system
- Work with supplier and customer accounts
- Book supplier invoices and follow up on incoming and outgoing payments
- Review and code supplier invoices for approval
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks who is meticulous, structured, and self-driven with a good sense of order and quality.
You are comfortable with administrative and financial tasks and have good system skills. You have experience working in business systems and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Furthermore, you have experience in:
- Order management
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Standard financial tasks within supplier and customer accounts
You thrive in a role with customer contact and are service-oriented with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence. You are unpretentious, flexible, and motivated by varied work in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
As a person, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
