About the position We are now looking for a Controller for Lund University! The work includes financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as an advisory function to management. Work in financial systems such as Unit4 ERP, Raindance, and Visma.

The position includes the following tasks:

• conducting financial investigations, follow-ups, and analyses
• analysis of operational information and financial results
• compiling reports
• developing forecasts related to the operations
• establishing guidelines for budgeting
• conducting budgeting and budget follow-up
• service function with a supportive and advisory role to management
• working in relevant financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.).

Assignment period and scope: The position as Controller is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately by agreement and is expected to last for 1.5 months. There may be a possibility of extension.

Requirements for the position:

• high school or equivalent education
• completed education in the relevant field
• at least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
• good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., QlikView, Insikt, and Power BI)
• knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• experience with government accounting
• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
