Job Responsibilities
We are now expanding our HR team within the cultural administration with an HR administrator position to complement our existing HR team! The HR team is on a development journey where we are both enhancing our internal work and our mission to support our managers! If you are passionate about participating in this work with us in a creative and forward-thinking administration – then you should apply for our position! Additionally, we can offer an incredibly nice working environment at our office in the heart of Malmö, which is an extra plus.
With us, our operations for the residents of Malmö are always at the center, and it is from this perspective that we work with various forms of managerial support. In this position, you will work with employment administration as well as managerial advice regarding employment, insurance, staffing, and monitor the department's digital inbox, report generation, archiving, etc. After this expansion, our regular HR team will consist of five HR consultants, two HR admins, and one HR manager. Our team is characterized by high engagement, solid competence combined with joy and laughter.
In addition to independent work and collaboration with your HR administrator colleague, you will support our HR consultants in the administrative parts of HR processes, for example, by producing reports and materials related to salary reviews and employee surveys. The assignment also includes continuous work regarding the efficiency and development of existing routines and processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a completed theoretical high school education equivalent to 3 years. Furthermore, you have at least two years of experience in HR administrative tasks related to labor law regarding employment, as well as at least 1 year of experience regarding scheduling and staffing issues, where management has taken place in a staffing system/HR system. To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least 1 year of experience supporting an organization with at least 150 employees within the above experience requirements. We are looking for someone who has very good digital skills, meaning it is natural for you to use digital tools as working tools and to familiarize yourself with new digital systems. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have a post-secondary education in the HR field and experience in effective staffing. If you have experience in streamlining and simplifying HR administrative routines and processes, as well as working in an HR team in a changing organization, that is also meritorious.
As a person, we are looking for someone who comes in with warm engagement and a natural sense of collaboration. You have a keen eye for solving problems and an ability to build trusting relationships around you. Structure and prioritization come naturally to you, as does performing your tasks with care and precision. Since our mission largely involves supporting both colleagues and managers within the cultural administration, we see that you have a pedagogical ability that makes it easy for others to understand, grow, and feel secure in the processes. If you also enjoy streamlining and developing, that is an additional plus, as we are on an exciting development journey! We warmly welcome your application!
