Summer Position as Customer Service Officer in Kristianstad

We are now looking for a customer service officer for the Driver Examination Office in Kristianstad. You will be the face of the Swedish Transport Administration and meet our customers at the reception. Your tasks will include welcoming customers in the reception for driving tests or knowledge tests, assisting customers before tests with e.g. photography, photo renewals for driving licenses, answering customer inquiries regarding driving licenses and various driving license categories, etc. Contact with other authorities.

As a customer service officer, you will meet many different customers every day, and a professional customer approach is crucial to provide the customer with good conditions.

You will work according to a schedule that follows our opening hours.

Duration of the summer job: 2026-06-01 - 2026-08-30

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for multiple summer jobs and thus contacted by several different managers for interviews.

If you meet the requirements in the advertisement and proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based selection tests. Who are you?

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand various tasks and solve situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active employee participation, where you purposefully take responsibility for your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone who:

• is currently enrolled in a vocational, higher education, or university program, or has completed such education in 2024 or later
• has relevant work experience from physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desks with frequent customer contacts
• has good knowledge of Swedish in writing and speaking
• has good knowledge of English in speaking
• has good computer skills
• holds a valid driver's license for passenger cars
