Boplats Syd AB is a publicly owned company, fully owned by the city of Malmö, that works with housing mediation. We mediate first-hand contracts from about ninety private and municipal landlords in several municipalities in Skåne.

We are looking for someone who wants to strengthen our marketing team as needed and contribute with your expertise when it really makes a difference. You will work in the Marketing and Digital Development department. We are a team of six people who work closely together, share knowledge, and help each other when needs shift. The role is broad and suits you who thrive on variety, responsibility, and hands-on work with both content and execution. You will work closely with our marketing and communication team consisting of a communicator and a marketing coordinator.

What you will do:

• Produce and adapt content - primarily graphics, images, and video material - for different target groups in both digital and analog channels, such as newsletters, presentations, social media, advertisements, annual reports, and statistical reports.

• Update our website with relevant information.

• Assist in executing internal and external events.

• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners in your area.

• Support both Boplats Syd and, to some extent, our landlords, with photography and filming.

• Ensure that the produced material is accessible according to guidelines, e.g., WCAG.

Qualifications

You have worked in a similar role for at least a year or have other experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have a university degree or equivalent relevant education in the fields of communication, graphic production, or digital marketing.

In addition to having worked with Adobe Suite, you also have knowledge of how to set up a digital advertising campaign from idea to publication. You have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you can also speak Danish. This is a role for you who enjoy stepping in, tackling tasks directly, and driving them all the way from start to finish.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to be an important part of a larger context at Boplats Syd.

• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and have an eye for graphics. (Here we would like to see a portfolio of previous work)

• You have worked with digital marketing and are familiar with terms such as SoMe, lead generation, CPC, CPM, SEO, SEM, etc.

• You have knowledge of various CMS such as WordPress or Episerver. If you have previously worked in Piranha CMS, that is a big plus.

• You have basic photography and filming skills.

• You have a B driver's license.

The position is an intermittent employment (on-demand employment) with an estimated initial need of about 200 hours. We hope you can start immediately.
