SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR MARKET LEADER IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

Avonova, with its 1400 employees, is the leading provider of occupational health services in the Nordic region.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for our product Avonova Assist, an innovative digital solution that contributes to professional employers, more engaged employees, lower absenteeism, and full control over documentation in relation to legislation. Our product is based on a self-developed system, as well as a range of services within HR, health, and work environment. Our deliveries are always based on the customer's needs, as each company has unique challenges, needs, and goals and is affected by legislation in different ways.

With our goal of more healthy people, we want to contribute to increased productivity and strengthened economy for companies, better health and increased quality of life for individuals, as well as shorter waiting times for healthcare and saved resources for society.

We are looking for someone who is good with people, wants to develop as a salesperson, and has the ability to go the extra mile to achieve results. You have high social competence and can interact with and talk to different personality types. You are a clear salesperson with a strong work ethic! Responsibilities:

As a salesperson, you will have meetings booked by our professional appointment setters. You are responsible for conducting sales meetings with company leaders based on our self-developed sales method, which you will receive thorough training in. You are responsible for driving the sales process through our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Documented experience of generating sales results from previous B2B sales roles
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
  • Good technical understanding in general
