Are you passionate about helping guests and homeowners?

We offer a summer temporary position from May 1 to August 31, 2026. You will be part of a team of three employees at our service office, located in central Ystad.

Your tasks will include:

Handling bookings

Coordinating cleaning

Managing complaints and issues

Welcoming guests

Written and verbal communication with homeowners and partners in Swedish and English

Service, problem-solving, and professionalism are our guiding principles. You will start with an introduction and receive ongoing support to feel secure in your role.

The work is performed on-site at the office – remote work is not offered for this position.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

Knowledge of Danish, German, and Dutch
