Motorsweden is part of North European Trust AB, which is now looking for a customer service representative for its headquarters in Åstorp!

As a customer service representative, you will be part of their inside sales and customer service team, where the goal is to provide customers with the best possible service and support, as well as maintain and develop business. Main responsibilities:

• Manage and support Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish customers via phone and email.

• Handle inquiries regarding pricing, information, orders, sales, warranty, and complaints.

• Update product offerings, market analysis, and campaigns

• You are primarily our support for corporate customers and workshops

Other tasks may also occur.

In the role of customer service representative, you will be an important employee for North European Trust's continued growth. You will be a crucial link between the customer and the company, which means you are social, communicative, and have the ability to instill confidence in customers. Since there are busy periods, it is important that you are stress-resistant and good at prioritizing. Furthermore, we see that you are good at taking your own initiatives, are flexible, and proactive in contributing to the development of the team and the business in the best way.

Since North European Trust AB primarily deals with light vehicles and parts for these, it is also important that you have a good understanding of technology and mechanics to quickly and easily assist customers in the best way.

Great emphasis is also placed on other personal qualities to fit into this role.

• You can express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English

• Experience in customer service or similar

• Interest in Motorsweden's products and understanding of the technical/mechanical structure

• Good technical/mechanical understanding

• If you speak additional languages besides Swedish and English

Working hours: Primarily 08:00 - 16:30 on weekdays and one Saturday per month.
