Elbutik opened its first physical store in 2023, and in the coming year, our expansion will continue with more stores across the country. Our ambition is to become the obvious choice for consumers looking for electrical materials, lighting, smart home solutions, and heating products – and marketing plays a crucial role here.

Your responsibilities

As a marketing assistant, you will work closely with our marketing manager and be involved in both the operational and strategic marketing efforts. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy combining creativity with structure.

It is important that you have a clear SEO and AIO mindset in all tasks and ensure that all content is optimized for visibility, searchability, and conversion in our digital channels.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for Elbutik's social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Create content such as blog posts and simpler copy – always with SEO and AIO optimization
• Graphic production of posts, campaign materials, and advertisements
• Influencer marketing and event work (RixFm Festival)
• Participate in campaign and marketing planning together with the marketing manager
• Prepare reports and analyze results in our digital channels
• Execute, optimize, and follow up on improvements in social media, blog, and newsletters

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in marketing and experience from similar roles. You have a genuine interest in digital marketing and thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.

We believe you are:

• Creative, curious, and full of ideas with an eye for content and storytelling
• Have good experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
• Relevant education in digital marketing
• Structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Self-driven but enjoy working closely with the marketing manager and e-com team
• Socially competent, communicative, and attentive
• Flexible and comfortable in a startup environment
• Very proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license and the ability to travel within Sweden
