INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR CUSTOMER IN THE MALMÖ AREA

Do you want to work in a role where sales is at the center? We are looking for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, making the first contact, and building long-term customer relationships. Here you will have a clear responsibility for developing business in your region through active and engaged sales work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an inside sales representative, you have a regional responsibility and work closely with stores and outside sales representatives. The role has a clear focus on sales and customer dialogue.

You will proactively contact customers, follow up leads, and identify new business opportunities. A large part of the work is done via phone, where you drive the dialogue forward by asking questions, listening to needs, and presenting relevant solutions.

You build and develop relationships over time and create a stable pipeline through continuous follow-up and processing.

Your main job responsibilities:

  • Actively contact both existing and potential customers

  • Identify needs through dialogue and needs analysis

  • Process leads and work with new customer acquisition

  • Build and maintain a long-term customer pipeline

  • Follow up on quotes and activities

  • Handle related sales administration

 

PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales. You feel comfortable taking initiative, making calls, and creating new contacts. You are curious about the customer, ask relevant questions, and are genuinely interested in understanding businesses and needs.

You have a natural drive to create relationships and see the value of long-term business work. Persistence, structure, and a business-oriented approach are important parts of your work style.

We prefer that you have:

  • Experience in proactive sales or customer acquisition

  • Familiarity with using the phone as a work tool

  • Good system skills, preferably SAP or similar systems as well as the Office suite

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a full-time assignment where you will initially be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our customer. The work is scheduled during the day. For the right person, there is an opportunity for continued employment with the client company.
