About Apoteket Center SydHere at Apoteket Center Syd in Löddeköpinge, we work in a vibrant retail environment in Galleria Center Syd, strategically located between Malmö and Landskrona in Kävlinge municipality. With generous opening hours seven days a week and good bus connections from Malmö, Lund, and Landskrona, we are an accessible and appreciated destination for our customers.
We are a dedicated team consisting of three pharmacists, three technicians, and a pharmacy manager. Together, we create a positive and dynamic work environment where we work closely together and enjoy each other's company. Customer focus and professional advice are always at the center.
The pharmacy has a large and well-developed self-care department, which is an important part of our operations and contributes to many advisory and inspiring customer meetings every day.
The position is a permanent part-time employment, approximately 80-85%, and the working hours for the position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10-20 and Saturdays and Sundays 10-18.
Your roleAs a sales leader, you work with a forward-looking approach, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. Here you have an extended responsibility where you, together with other functions, work to achieve our goals within quality and sales. You work closely with our regional sales leaders, sales support, assortment department, and marketing department. In your role, you are responsible for ensuring that our self-care department meets set goals and action plans.
What you will do with us:Drive and develop personal and mechanical sales.
In collaboration with the pharmacy manager, set sales targets and action plans for self-care sales.
Work with sales management with responsibility for developing self-care sales.
Ensure that set sales targets are achieved.
Continuously follow up on sales development through established KPIs.
Plan, implement, and follow up to ensure our campaigns are effective and that the right information and products reach our customers for the best outcome.
Coach, educate, and lead pharmacy staff for success in every unique customer meeting.
Ensure that the pharmacy is always sales-ready with attractive signage and well-stocked shelves.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.
For this position, we see that you are a trained pharmacy technician or self-care advisor. You likely have work experience in sales within pharmacies or retail, and you have preferably previously held a role with responsibility.
You have previous work experience in sales within pharmacies or retail.
You have a strong interest in sales.
You are communicative, clear, and good at motivating and inspiring others.
You are goal-oriented and have a strong business understanding.
You are structured, solution-focused, and used to working towards clear goals.
