The golf shop is the heart of our interaction with guests, and we are now aiming to take it to the next level. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to help create a golf shop that truly stands out in the market.

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the golf facility's shop and related retail areas. The role entails full commercial responsibility for the assortment, sales, profitability, and customer experience. You will ensure that the shop maintains the highest possible level of service and quality while supporting the facility's overall brand and business goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Sales & customer service

• Assortment & purchasing

• Store operations & administration

• Staff responsibility

• Analysis & reporting

At Barsebäck Resort, you come to play on championship golf courses. We offer our guests comfortable accommodation, either at the hotel or in our villas, carefully prepared meals, and experiences in a magical environment overlooking the Öresund.

We are currently in the midst of an exciting journey as we continue to develop Destination Barsebäck. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a pleasant and developing atmosphere so that our guests and members want to return to us time and time again.

We are looking for a business-driven colleague with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of service. You need to have good organizational skills and a drive to develop the retail operation. Additionally, we expect you to have a great interest in golf or sports.

Professional Experience

• Extensive experience in retail management, preferably from the sports or golf industry

• Experience in selling golf products is desirable

• Experience in staff responsibility and basic finance is an advantage

Skills & Personal Qualities

• Strong sense of service and ability to build relationships

• Good organizational skills and drive to develop the retail operation

• Commercial mindset and understanding of profitability

• Good product knowledge in golf or a willingness to learn

• Flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle high pressure during the season

Other

• The position includes weekend and evening work during peak season

• A driving license may be advantageous depending on the facility's logistics needs
