Regionservice is the service administration of Region Skåne and is tasked with providing the best conditions for the Skåne healthcare system to ensure that patients receive good and safe care. Regionservice is responsible for service areas such as cleaning, meals, textile services, and administrative services within finance and HR.
The HR unit's mission within the administration is to proactively support approximately 100 managers in HR-related issues. We have an important mission and work purposefully to create a safe organization with high delivery capacity characterized by efficient working methods and uniform deliveries.
Our competent HR team consists of seven employees; HR partners, HR manager, HR specialist, and change strategist. We are an HR unit characterized by good collaboration and a strong commitment to our mission. Through clear and open communication, mutual trust, and a willingness to support each other, we work to create conditions for both development and job satisfaction. We have a culture where we share knowledge, take responsibility together, and care for each other. You will be an important part of a team that works together to provide the organization with professional and operationally relevant HR support. With us, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of HR processes both within Regionservice and throughout Region Skåne. Within the HR function in the unit, all members also have a focus area for which they are responsible, and in this position, we are looking for someone with an interest in workplace environment issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your important role as an HR partner, you will work actively and engaged in partnership with the administration's managers in all HR-related processes such as working conditions and labor law, workplace environment and rehabilitation, competence supply, leadership, and salary formation. This means that you as an HR partner take initiatives, act proactively, and promote dialogue and co-leadership together with the organization's managers. You will primarily work closely with managers in parts of the production and logistics operational area conducted in Kristianstad and Ängelholm. The placement for this role will be in Malmö, but travel to our operations around Skåne will occur in the position.
In addition to your task of supporting the organization's managers, you will, for a certain period, contribute to the administration's work with workplace environment, health, and rehabilitation at both a strategic and operational level. This includes being a support to managers and HR in matters related to systematic workplace environment work. You contribute with your expertise in work adaptation and rehabilitation and can, if necessary, coordinate cross-administrative efforts related to workplace environment. During this period, you may also participate in regional networks, represent the administration, and contribute your knowledge to the development of Region Skåne's working methods within HR. When this period ends, you will return to your regular HR partner role, where you work broadly and closely with your operational area.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a university degree in personnel and labor issues, or other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous experience in a similar role where you have worked with a broad spectrum of HR issues. We prefer that you have knowledge of workplace environment legislation and systematic workplace environment work. Experience working with workplace environment issues in the region or municipality is meritorious. In our ongoing work to strengthen an operationally relevant approach, we value experience in management group work at various organizational levels. The position requires good knowledge of the Office package as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
To be successful in the role, we see that you are proactive and courageous, and that you act in close partnership with the administration's managers. You engage the managers and they see you as a natural sounding board in processes moving forward. You have the ability to both create and maintain trusting relationships and dialogues. Furthermore, you are good at taking initiatives and have a drive to move us forward. We value good collaboration and wish that you contribute to our team by adhering to Region Skåne's values: welcoming, driving, caring, and respect. Furthermore, it is obvious to us to have fun at work and that we all contribute to the well-being and cohesion of the group.
When filling the position, great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Warm welcome with your application!
