We are looking for a switchboard/receptionist for one of our clients in Malmö. In this role, you will work at the company's headquarters where you will be responsible for the central switchboard and welcoming visitors. The position is a consulting assignment through KFX HR-partner, and you will work on-site at our client's location.

Job ResponsibilitiesIn the role of switchboard receptionist, you are the company's first contact outward and a central part of the headquarters in central Malmö. You are responsible for handling all incoming calls via the central switchboard and welcoming visitors in a professional and service-oriented manner. The role is varied, and you will also support the organization with administrative tasks.
You will also work with:
Managing the company's central switchboard and forwarding incoming calls
Welcoming and directing visitors
Ensuring that the reception and office areas maintain a high standard
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and booking couriers
Responsible for ordering office supplies.
Supporting with invoice and mail handling
Providing administrative support to the organization's departments
Booking and assisting in the execution of meetings and internal events
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You work in a structured manner, have good collaboration skills, and are proactive. You are hands-on, unpretentious, and find it easy to manage several tasks simultaneously.
We also prefer that you have:
Experience in reception, switchboard, or similar service-oriented roles
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of Sweden's geography
Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
If you have experience with Lime, it is a plus.
Other InformationStart Date: March
Extent: Part-time, the position is a 75% role with the following working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–14:00
Friday: 08:00–16:30
Salary: individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
