As a receptionist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in some of our clients' modern and well-regarded offices in the heart of Malmö. You will be part of an energetic and varied work environment where each day brings new meetings and tasks. This is a fantastic chance for you who want to build valuable experiences, network, and develop in a professional role. The work includes traditional receptionist tasks such as welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, mail management, purchasing office supplies, and coordinating conferences. Our shifts are scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday, and we hope you are available 2-3 days a week.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and has a natural ability to communicate with others. If you have experience in service roles, reception, or switchboard, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and are ready to learn new things. You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, have good language skills in Swedish and English, and be skilled at handling various data systems. We expect you to be responsible, solution-oriented, and have a professional approach to customer service. Furthermore, we also see that you are a student or have another job with at least 50% employment.

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement (Collective agreement Unionen)
