Konvex AB works with managing and refining animal by-products from farms and slaughterhouses across Sweden. By transforming waste products into new resources, we contribute to a more sustainable and circular food chain.

Konvex is now seeking a customer service employee for the facility in Kävlinge. In this role, you will become part of a small and close-knit team where you will have daily contact with farmers, producers, carriers, and partners. The job involves receiving calls and emails, registering and following up on orders in the company's system, and ensuring that assignments reach the right carrier. The pace of work can vary, but the focus is always on helping customers with their needs.

This position is full-time during working hours from 07:30 to 16:00. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work on-site at Konvex's office in Krutmöllan, Kävlinge. This is a temporary position for six months, with a chance of extension. The start date for the position is immediate or as soon as we find the right candidate.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a high school or university education in areas such as communication, economics, administration, logistics, natural sciences, sustainability, or the green sector. Previous experience with animals or in agriculture is also highly meritorious.

You should also:

• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good computer skills
• Hold a valid B driver's license
