Your role with us
As a case officer in the citizen center, you will be the entry point into the municipality for citizens, businesses, and associations. You will also be the extended arm of the administrations outward. Every day we receive about 500 cases via phone, digital channels, and visits, which we respond to on behalf of the municipality's administrations. We handle most inquiries ourselves, and those we cannot answer, we forward to the municipality's administrations. You will be part of a team of knowledgeable and service-oriented employees who focus on the citizen. You will answer citizens' questions regarding the entire municipality's area, particularly in the areas concerning technical administration, building permits, and environmental and community development administration.
We are looking for you who
have a university degree or a relevant two-year vocational education that the employer considers relevant to the work area. We want you to have some years of work experience, and if you also have experience in customer contact and direct service, it is an advantage. The ability to understand the municipality as a whole is required for the position, as well as an interest in and ability to understand technical administration, building permits, and environmental and community development.
You need very good IT and computer program skills, but also be good at searching for information digitally. The role requires you to communicate in very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you can communicate in one or more languages besides Swedish and English, it is an advantage. You communicate in an open and clear manner.
