INR was founded in 1988 with the vision that the shower should adapt to the bathroom, not the other way around. Today, they are part of the Danish-Swedish group Dansani and manufacture high-quality bathroom solutions. Customer service is located together with all company departments and production in bright premises in Östra Hamnen, creating a close and unpretentious collaboration. In the role of Customer Service Representative, the main task is to ensure smooth and accurate order flows and to deliver expert support and product guidance for INR's customers. The role involves being a reliable contact point for INR's retailers and an important link into the organization. Here, you contribute to the team's continuity and long-term customer relationships, while your language skills become a crucial support for the Finnish market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer service representative, you will have a varied everyday life where your product knowledge and administrative accuracy will be crucial for the customer's experience. You will proactively work to resolve incoming inquiries and act as the spider in the web between retailers, salespeople, and production. Your main tasks will include:

  • Supporting INR's Finnish and Swedish customers via phone and email, with a particular focus on being the bridge to the Finnish market.
  • Registering and managing orders.
  • Handling complaints and following up on customer inquiries.
  • Supporting salespeople with administration and campaign management.
  • Participating in customer events and campaigns (about 3 weekends per year).

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written.
  • Has experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Is used to working in a relationship-building and service-oriented manner.
  • Has basic system and data knowledge.
