We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Jägersro. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80%, and the working hours per week may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with store communication responsibility

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle inventory, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you will work with responsibility for store communication, which means that you:

• Create a positive customer experience through inspiring signage and thoughtful product displays.
• Ensure that the store's expression follows Systembolaget's mission and vision, is brand-neutral, and does not promote upselling.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, working in a service role, and/or with food and drink.
