Do you want to be part of an engaged and knowledgeable team within Customer Service at Skånemejerier? We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to our continued development.

Customer Service acts as the link between Skånemejerier and our corporate customers, both in Sweden and internationally. In this role, you will have particular responsibility for supporting and developing our customer relationships. You will work closely with planning, sales teams, logistics, and other functions in the company to ensure a first-class customer experience.

You will be part of a close-knit team of 10 colleagues who together handle inquiries and orders from both large and small customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive and manage customer inquiries

• Administration related to order management

• Register and receive orders

• Respond to product and delivery inquiries

• Work with complaints and customer-related issues

• Engage in dialogue with both internal and external parties to ensure delivery precision

• Participate in improvement work related to processes, systems, and service

The position is a summer temporary position with working hours during the day. Shorter shifts may also occur every other to every third weekend. If you are studying, we can also offer you a LIA period with us during the spring.

For the right candidate, there are also good opportunities for extension.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are at the center. You like to have many balls in the air, are solution-focused, and find it easy to build trust in contact with both customers and colleagues – even in pressured situations.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in administration within customer service or logistics

• Are meticulous and have good communication skills – both in English and Swedish

• Have a positive attitude and enjoy solving problems

• Have worked in business systems such as M3 (meritorious) or other ERP systems

• Can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written English and Swedish
