We are looking for more Friends to our various stores in the Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg area. As a Friend, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the work shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular tasks of the store, such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer meetings. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

To be eligible for the position, you need to have another primary employment of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or part-time employed at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. • You have completed upper secondary education
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales in the retail sector
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; in addition, there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English

• You find it rewarding to work in different stores
• You are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with colleagues
• You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
