Taxi Ängelholm is expanding and is now looking for a taxi operator.

We offer an 80% position with the possibility of permanent employment.

The working hours are scheduled with shifts during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

The tasks include receiving and distributing orders to the company's taxi vehicles. Orders come in through digital booking systems, phone, and several other channels.

The operator's job consists of structuring, planning, and directing the flow of driving assignments to the vehicles.

The most common way to order a taxi is still by phone. Therefore, you will be a very important part of our business and often the first contact between the customer and the company. The ability to express oneself well and provide excellent customer service is therefore of utmost importance.

Systems and work methods are highly digitized, so computer skills are a must.

The job requires a high ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.

Multilingualism is a bonus. English is a requirement.

All training is conducted internally, but experience in the taxi or customer service industry is an advantage.
